Oh, and I forgot to mention that Beckie, our happy, amazing homeowner, typed up a two-page letter of things ranging from "I'm really sorry I never fixed the cracked window in the basement" to the names of every single plant/tree on the premises and the neighbors, garbage company and lawn mower.
ON TOP OF paying us rent, leaving us furniture, letting us get in even sooner than expected and accepting our miserable lower-than-what-she-wanted offer on the house in the first place.
Sigh. We need more people like her in this crazy world.
