On Sunday, Scott and I joined our buddy Ben for some hiking at a local state park near an incredible lake area.
We, of course, chose the most difficult, longest trail, which at various times disappeared altogether, leaving us to wander through knee-high ferns and traverse across fallen logs and through some nasty thorns.
What fun, though!
I needed the fresh air and the exercise and the mindless adventure.
I can't wait for the next trail-hopping experience!
Here are some photos...
(Totally, absolutely, horrifingly lost at this point ---> )
I love this place.
It's so magical and lovely.
Ahhhhh.
This is what love and happiness looks like.

Every time we've hiked Mt. Nittany, we get dreadfully lost and end up spending an extra hour on the mountain ... I swear there's something wrong with the trail markers there.
ReplyDeleteLooks lovely there!
